Instruments, not quizzes.

Every instrument here exposes three steps: measure the responses, position the result against prior respondents, and generalise a bounded conclusion. Two are launching. Neither is diagnostic.

Instrument 01 · Strategy

Strategy orientation diagnostic

Where is your organisation on the exploration ↔ exploitation continuum, and where does it want to be? Grounded in doctoral research on cyclical ambidexterity.

18 items~6 minBeta
  1. 01Measure

18 items across four subscales — exploration, exploitation, ambidextrous cadence, and stated intent.

  2. 02Position

Your composite is placed inside the empirical distribution of prior respondents. Sample-relative, not normative.

  3. 03Generalise

A short, pre-authored interpretation names the band and the boundary of what the score licenses you to say.

Not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. Responses anonymised at capture; results are sample-relative, not normative.

Instrument 02 · Change

Organisational change-readiness check

How ready is your organisation to move on the change it has announced? Draws on change-management practice and readiness scales.

14 items~5 minComing soon
  1. 01Measure

14 items across leadership signal, middle-layer capacity, and delivery-layer belief.

  2. 02Position

Placed inside the current respondent distribution. Below n = 30, only your own score is shown.

  3. 03Generalise

A bounded readiness statement — what to do next given the profile, and what the score does not license you to conclude.

Not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. Responses anonymised at capture; results are sample-relative, not normative.

Methods · The commitments

Deterministic scoring

Every item, subscale, and composite has a documented rule. If we adapted a validated scale, the adaptation is disclosed and the original is cited.

Sample-relative positioning

You are compared to prior respondents to this instrument, not to a published norm. Norms from validation studies do not transfer to self-selecting web samples.

Anonymised at capture

No account. No email. No cookies beyond what is essential. Responses are irreversibly anonymised before storage.
